Dunsmuir Project Construction Officially Underway

As of June 13, the service upgrade work along Dunsmuir Avenue from Seventh to Second streets is officially underway.
J.R. Edgett Excavating, who was awarded the contract in late May, are preparing to start on these key infrastructure upgrades, which will see water and sewer services replaced along the roadway improvements including repaving and sidewalk repair. The Village has taken possession of the property on Cumberland Road between Primose and Kendal Avenues (the future fire hall site) and which will be used as a staging area for summer construction.
