Launch of Development Application Online Portal

The Village is excited to announce the launch of our new Development Tracker and online application portals. The Development Tracker makes information about current development proposals more easily accessible to the public. It is an interactive map showing the location, proposal description, and current status of applications received in 2025 and onwards.
The online application portals are an important step in streamlining the application process by formalizing the pre-application process, and by ensuring that submitted applications include all the required information. Applicants can review basic property information such as zoning in the portal to help prepare their submission and can track the progress of their application in real time.
The application types included so far are development permit, development variance permit, heritage alteration permit, official community plan amendment, zoning amendment, subdivision, and temporary use permit. Building permits are not included at this time.
