This meeting will be closed to the public for discussion of labour relations and employee relations matters.

Under section 90 of the BC Community Charter, municipal councils may meet in a closed meeting to discuss certain subject matters, such as personal information, labour relations, law enforcement, land acquisition, and legal advice. These closed meetings are often called In Camera meetings. Council must close a meeting by resolution giving the basis on which the meeting or part is to be closed.
