Purpose: To amend the Official Community Plan Bylaw and the Zoning Bylaw to remove the requirement for a Development Permit from Development Permit Area 6 – Residential Infill, for an
Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) and to add requirements for ADU’s to the Zoning Bylaw that were previously found in Development Permit Area 6.
