Notice of 2023 Tax Sale – Monday September 25

The municipal tax collector will offer for sale by public auction the following parcels of real property on which property taxes are delinquent on Monday September 25, 2023, at 10 a.m. at 2675 Dunsmuir Avenue, as required by the BC Local Government Act:

These parcels will be offered for sale unless the delinquent taxes and interest are paid before the sale. Under the provisions of the Local Government Act, properties sold at the tax sale are subject to a one-year redemption period.
