Pursuant to Section 645 of the Local Government Act, the following property will be offered for sale by public auction to be held in the Cultural Centre, lower level at 2674 Dunsmuir Avenue Cumberland, BC on Monday, September 29, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. unless the delinquent taxes plus interest are sooner paid.

NOTE: Any person upon being declared the successful bidder must immediately pay by cash, certified cheque or bank draft the full purchase price. Failure to pay this amount will result in the property promptly being offered for sale again.
