Trail Open Again at Powerline Hill and Davis Main Trail

This Trail Closure alert is no longer in effect. Public Works has cleared the area and it is accessible to the public again.
Following the March 24, 2026 windstorm event, the Powerline Hill and the Davis Main Trail in the Cumberland Community Forest Park are both closed due to downed powerline and tree. Please be aware that access to Davis Main Trail is blocked at the following locations:
- There is no access along Davis Main Trail, heading east from Powerline Hill Trail
- There is no access to Davis Main Trail heading west near the Village pit area
Residents are requested to avoid the area for their safety and to enable crews to complete the work.
