Pride Street Flags Above Dunsmuir Avenue Welcome Everyone

Residents and visitors to Cumberland will notice a new string of street flags above main street this year.
A rainbow flag string at First Street joins the traditional blue, red and white flags that line the Victoria Day parade route. The new Pride string helps to celebrates the diversity of the Village and welcomes everyone to the Victoria Day events, hosted by the Cumberland Events Society.
The Pride flag string was ready to fly in 2020, however its first appearance was delayed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Street flags are a Cumberland tradition and flown through the summer.
