eBilling for Property Taxes and Utilities

Sign up now for eBilling to receive future property tax and utility bills by email. There may be delays in receiving tax notices and other correspondence from the Village of Cumberland through the mail due to the potential Canada Post strike.

Property owners are responsible to ensure taxes are paid in full by the deadline regardless of if you receive a tax notice or if a third party, such as your mortgage institute, is paying on your behalf. Failure to pay or claim your residential homeowner grant, if eligible, by this deadline will result in a 10% penalty on current year balances.

Sign up for eBilling HERE to receive future notices by email.

All registered homeowners on a property title must enroll separately for e-billing in order to avoid receiving paper bills. If you own more than one property in the Village, you must sign up for eBilling for each separate property.
