Request for Proposals – Perseverance Creek Watershed Hydrometric Assessment

The Corporation of the Village of Cumberland (“The Village”) is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed professional, to enter into a contract for services for the completion of the Perseverance Creek Watershed Hydrometric Assessment.
The intent of the project is to assess a full hydrologic cycle over one complete year, preferably October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024.
The proponent will work closely with the Village’s Operations staff, Council, internal/external stakeholders, and the public to ensure the project’s success from inception to completion.
