Weekly Curbside Yard Waste Collection

Use the curbside organics collection for your spring gardening yard waste!
Every week there is collection of tree and shrub pruning, branches, leaves and grass clippings from your organics container. Invasive plants such as holly and broom, should be disposed of in the garbage or delivered directly to the Comox Valley Waste Management Centre.
Branches must be less than 7.6 cm (3 in) in diameter and 90 cm (36 in) in length, and may be bundled with jute or hemp rope.
Containers are not to exceed 77 litres. When filled they can not be heavier than 22kg (50lb)
Please no sod, soil, rocks or gravel.
