Apply Now For Your Halloween Fireworks Permit

A permit is required for Halloween fireworks on private property in the Village of Cumberland.
Permits will only be issued for Halloween displays on private property on Tuesday October 31st, 2023 between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. Displays must not take place on the road right-of-way or any other public property.
Please reduce your impact by adhering to these times, in consideration of pets and our community.
