Carlise Lane Development Bylaws Back on the Agenda for the April 22nd Council Meeting

The proposed Carlisle Lane development bylaws, which would permit the development of 33 residential single family lots, will be considered for first and second reading at the Council meeting on April 22, 2013 at 5:30 p.m.
Council will also consider scheduling of a public information meeting on Thursday, May 16 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. and a public hearing on Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at 7 p.m.
The proposed development is located between Tenth Street, Ulverston Avenue and Dunsmuir Avenue.

Update:
At its meeting on April 22, 2013, Council
- approved first and second reading of the bylaw
- set a public information meeting on May 9, 2013, 6:30 pm to 8 pm in the Council Chambers
- set a public hearing on May 29, 2013 at 7 pm in the council Chambers
